1. Scope of this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how NORMALIC OÜ (registry code 17483468, Spektri tn 6, Tartu 50411, Estonia; “Normalic”, “we” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Normalic public website, currently available at apps01.jaal.ee.
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. Similar technologies, including local storage, pixels and embedded scripts, can perform related functions. This policy covers both cookies and those similar technologies. Cookies used by the authenticated Normalic software platform are outside the scope of this website inventory and should be documented separately.
2. How consent works
The public website can be browsed without optional cookies. Before you make a choice, both the Pipedrive contact form and Leadfeeder B2B website analytics are blocked. You may allow all optional services, reject them or select them separately in the cookie settings panel. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect access to the website; you may still contact us by email.
We store one necessary first-party cookie to remember your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting in the footer or on this page. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant optional service from loading on future page views. Your browser settings can be used to remove Leadfeeder's first-party cookies and local-storage values, as well as third-party cookies that were already stored.
3. Cookies and similar technologies currently used
| Name / technology | Provider and purpose | Category and duration | When it is used |
|---|---|---|---|
normalic_cookie_consent | Normalic. Stores your separate choices for the optional contact form and B2B website analytics. | Necessary, first-party cookie · 180 days | Set only after you save a consent choice. It does not track browsing behaviour. |
normalic_language | Normalic. Local-storage value that remembers a language selected by the visitor. | Necessary preference, local storage · until removed by the visitor | Set when the visitor uses the EN/DE language selector. |
normalic_geo_checked | Normalic. Session-storage flag that prevents repeated IP-country lookups during the same browser session. | Necessary preference, session storage · until the browser tab or session is closed | Set when the website has attempted the automatic country-based language selection. |
| IP-country lookup request | ipapi.co. Receives the visitor's IP address and returns a two-letter country code so visitors from Germany can be directed to the German-language site. Normalic does not receive precise location data. | Necessary language personalisation · one request during the first session unless a language preference already exists | Used before optional-cookie consent because it is limited to the requested language-selection function. The visitor can override the result at any time. |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare for Pipedrive. Identifies and mitigates automated traffic and protects the embedded form infrastructure. | Functional/security, third-party cookie · up to 1 hour | Only after you allow form cookies and the Pipedrive form loads. |
_GRECAPTCHA | Google reCAPTCHA for Pipedrive. Performs risk analysis and helps protect the form from spam when spam protection is enabled. | Functional/security, third-party cookie · up to 179 days | Only after you allow form cookies and the protected Pipedrive form loads. |
| Pipedrive Web Forms event script | Pipedrive. Records the form ID, embedded status, page URL and whether the form was viewed or interacted with. Pipedrive states that this is used for form engagement statistics and troubleshooting in aggregate. | Similar technology · runs while the embedded form is loaded | Only after you allow form cookies. |
_lfa | Leadfeeder. Stores a randomly generated visitor identifier so returning visits can be recognised and analysed. | Analytics, first-party cookie · 1 year | Only after you allow B2B website analytics. |
_lfa_test_cookie_stored | Leadfeeder. Temporarily checks whether the browser supports cookies. | Analytics, first-party test cookie · deleted immediately | May appear briefly after you allow B2B website analytics. |
_lfa_expiry | Leadfeeder. Local-storage value that stores the expiry time for the Leadfeeder client identifier. | Analytics, local storage · 2 years | Only after you allow B2B website analytics. |
_lfa_consent | Leadfeeder. May store the visitor's consent status if Leadfeeder consent-management support is enabled in the Leadfeeder account. | Analytics, first-party cookie · 2 years | Conditional; only when Leadfeeder's own consent-management support is enabled. |
| Leadfeeder Web Visitors tracking script | Leadfeeder Finland Oy, part of Leadfeeder Group GmbH. Collects a visitor identifier, IP address, traffic source or campaign information, pages viewed, timestamps and visit duration to identify visiting businesses and analyse B2B website activity. | Analytics technology · runs on pages visited after consent | Only after you allow B2B website analytics. |
Normalic uses Leadfeeder analytics only after the visitor gives specific analytics consent. Normalic does not currently use advertising cookies. If additional technologies are introduced, this policy and the consent choices will be updated before they are enabled.
4. Third-party services
The optional contact form is provided by Pipedrive. Pipedrive states that the website operator is responsible for obtaining any consent required for embedded Web Forms and for preventing its scripts from loading before consent. The form may use Cloudflare bot protection and Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and form interaction data under their respective terms and privacy notices.
Leadfeeder is provided by Leadfeeder Finland Oy as part of Leadfeeder Group GmbH. Normalic acts as controller for the website-visitor data and Leadfeeder acts as processor. Leadfeeder matches IP and session information against company data to help Normalic understand which businesses visit the website and how they use it. The tracker is completely blocked unless analytics consent has been given.
The automatic language-selection request is provided by ipapi.co. It uses the visitor's IP address to return a country code. Normalic uses only that country code, does not request precise location data and skips the lookup when the visitor has already made a language choice.

5. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies and clear local storage. Blocking all cookies may affect services you choose to use. Browser controls are relevant for deleting Leadfeeder's first-party cookies and local-storage values as well as third-party cookies stored by Pipedrive, Cloudflare or Google on their own domains.
6. Personal data and your rights
Where information collected through cookies or similar technologies is personal data, it is handled in accordance with the Normalic Privacy Policy. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and the consent interface if the website starts using additional cookies or similar technologies. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
